Returns & Exchange Policy

Something not quite right? 
Exchanges and returns are on us. Please read our guidelines below: 
Easy Returns: We accept any product you’re not fully satisfied with. 
Return Window: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Usage Condition: Products must retain at least 95% of the original fragrance. 
Fast Processing: Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days after 
We received your item. 
Delivery Costs: Delivery charges are not refundable. 
Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of exchange orders. 
Non-Refundable Items: Tester Packs and Bundle Offers are not eligible for return or 
refund. 
Wrong or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover 
all shipping charges. 
Original Packaging: Returned products must be in original packaging. If packaging is 
damaged or the product is not intact, extra charges may apply. 
Exchange Confirmation: Exchanges are initiated once we receive and inspect the 
returned product. 
Note: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to ensure smooth processing 
in case of any return or exchange.
